2020 Q7 Front License Plate Frame

Anyone know how to remove it? I don't see any visible screws. I also don’t want to muscle it and break it.

From my experience with other Audi cars... I bet there are some hidden screws under the plate or under some caps. Additionally, they may have used some double sided adhesive tape...

Yeah I took the plate off. No caps....no screws. I can try and get a pic later.

The red arrows - that's where the screws are.
