Does the Bosch Icon blades not work? I am replacing the OEM blades because they suck for winter driving. I am thinking about going PIAA silicon or Bosch Icon.

I purchased this blade for the rear and it works well. It looks like the oem blade.

Do I need to worry about anything other than the size of the blade? Our rear wiper has always had some friction and even when it pours, it feels like after activating the rear wiper, it starts to chatter after just one or three or four wipes. This means having to manually turn the wiper on and off after a few minutes.
Id rather not go OEM because I’ve heard good things about Trico and PIAA, both, but for now it’s just the rear wiper causing issues.
Will any 15” work or do I need to look at brackets and all these other terms?

I just bought Bosch Icon for all three wipers. I will report back next week how they go. All of the oem wipers struggle with snow and slush which I have to deal with once a week when it snows here.
