For Canada, it's actually more like $1000 if you are already going with the Technik package because you get an $800 credit for 20" wheels. And even without the Technik package, 1800 CAD for S-line is not bad considering it's also packaged with upgraded wheels.

Just be happy you get an S-line package at launch, unlike us here across the border.

Right. To be sure I meant US buyers would be bummed to see not only the Canadian packages available but also the relative price. Oh, to have a Canadian address right now... :-)

You need to hold a Canadian drivers license to buy a vehicle in canada,atleast that's what I was told by a Porsche dealer.
