2018 Audi Q7 pricing and discounts

Hi all. I didn't see a section or stickied thread on pricing or discounts. I'm looking to purchase an Audi Q7 and wondering what kind of discounts people are getting? I'm in Houston and they weren't budging much on pricing. Still need to shop around at other dealerships.

Also comparing the rx 350 to the q7 and may settle on either one. Thanks

I can share my experience from the Dallas area.. Back in September I was able to order a 2018 Q7 Prestige with a 6% discount without hassle. Before ordering, I called dealers in Dallas, Austin and Houston trying for a 6% discount on Prestige models in stock that met my option criteria. Sadly, no one was budging much...

Do you mind listing the trim and the packages / options you are considering? In the end its demand and supply, so color, packages and options can swing the discount %. Also which state are you in?
As it relates to RX350, the 2018 is just around the corner, so you will get really good deals on the 2017, and there isn't too much of a difference between the 2017 and the 2018 unless you are planning to get the 2018 RXL (their new 3-row version expected to launch late December / early January)

I got 6.5% off MSRP. 2018 Premium Plus with Vision Package, Cold Weather Package, and Tow Package. I had dealers fight for my business.

The discounts will very greatly depending on location.
Also, if you are buying a really loaded Q7, sometimes you might want to consider getting it shipped to you, I believe delivery is about $800 or so which is just 1% for an $80k sticker vehicle. So if you are getting only 4-5% from your nearest dealers, but there is another willing to give you 9% in other states (not driving distance) definitely consider that as well. Of course you can also drive and pick it up, we've had members drive hundreds of miles to get great deals on their vehicles.

I found a great price on a Prestige in Chicago with very little effort. Definitely worth considering flying there or driving to get a great deal. If you can find another dealer in your region that will give you a better price you can also use that in negotiating with a local dealer.

All great advice! Thanks. I will do further research and will update if a deal goes through.

I traded in my RX350 for the Q7 (for the added row). Sewell's new dealerships in Houston were nice but the salesman I dealt with was awful. I had a much better experience in Austin. Ended up 6% off on Prestige.

I got quoted almost 10% off MSRP in Dallas. Trying to see if Houston ones can beat it, but doesn't seem as likely. Not sure if the demand is just higher in Houston, but dealers do have a good amount of inventory.
