2018 Q7 - Viewing Email in MMI on S9+

I have an odd one for you. I have two S9+s - one is personal, one is work. I only carry one in the car.

On my personal - I can get my Messages and Email through MMI, on the work one I can only get messages (the email option under messages doesn't even show up). Both have email going through the stock Samsung App (I know email doesn't work if you have it just go through gmail dedicated app). I've looked through and I believe both settings on both phones are the same, but trying to work out what might be different.

Any thoughts, help, guidance, or even just educated guesses appreciated.

Your personal s9 must be the primary phone in the vehicle's MMI.. So that's the reason you can read messages in your personal s9 and not the work phone because is set to be the secondary phone in the MMI.. When you switch between the primary and secondary in the MMI setting than you can read your work email and messages through the MMI.. The point is, only the primary phone that can allow to put the message and email in the MMI
