Default 3.0T ABT Power Upgrade to 404BHP

Has anyone purchased the ABT power upgrade for the 3,0 TFSI?
It appears to add 70bhp but requires 93 octane.
Details in attachment.

Does the warranty go up in smoke?

Yes, I think so.
ABT USA say they cover the powertrain for 100k miles and 4 years.

I don't know anyone who has purchased ABT, but I assume Chipwerke Ultimate and RaceChip Ultimate will give the same results. ABT is a chip tune right?

It is a little more elaborate than just a chip upgrade as its upgrade with software managed by an additional ABT engine control unit.

Interesting, can you still go to Audi service if there's an issue with the P/T?

Of course, but who pays is the question?
I asked for any experiences with the Power upgrade
I don't know anymore than you

I would assume ABT would pay, but first They would need proof that their Tune/unit is what caused the issue. This means it's going to be a blame game between Dealer and ABT.

FWIW I have seen dyno tests that rate the 3.0SC at about 360HP and 400 torque.

I was assuming ABT would, but was wondering if there were restrictions on where to go...I tend to stay away from these aftermarket mods that negatively affect warranties.
