Does anyone have access to the TSBs that Audi publishes? When I picked-up my Q7 after a cumulative 35 days in the shop for this, my service advisor mentioned that Audi had just issued a TSB for this.........its a known issue now (he was going to send it to me but has not done so yet). Oh, and the car sustained damage while at the dealership. Ugh.

So, both of my 3rd row seats have locked in the 45 degree position after the headrests caught on the 2nd row.
I brought the second row forward and yet the 3rd row still does not move up or down, yet I keep getting an alert on the dash and the buttons keep flashing. There is no motor noise, and I assume that maybe a fuse has blown or they have just locked. Anyway, I called Audi and they don't have a solution on their system, on in the owners manual. Looks like a trip to the dealership tomorrow to see what they say.
Car is only 4 months old too. Slightly annoyed.

Easier fix worked for me
My 2018 Q7 rear seats stuck on second row seats and wouldn't go up or down and red lights blinked. I looked up the fuse that powered 3rd row seats (located in far back on left side) and removed the 40amp fuse and blinking lights went out. Then reinserted (as fuse was fine) and then depressed both power seat buttons at same time and seats powered down and up correctly.
