About to buy orca black metallic 3.0 v6 premium plus.

Dont care about the virtual cockpit, but cant decide between xenon or led headlights. Is there a huge difference driving at night??

Also worried if the virtual cockpit screen will bother me at night...

Any advice would be very helpful~!

I love the LEDs on my prestige. Didn't have an option but I've had no issues with them.

Pull the trigger for the led's and virtual cockpit and don't look back. You won't regret either. My wife has xenon and I can't stand them after getting used to the led's.

+1, Q7 with LED nicer at night for me compared to A6 with xenon, surprised me actually.

Copy that, Q7 with LED headlights and virtual cockpit. Love both on my Q7, you won't regret it!

I would get the Vision package because of the dash. Analog dash is on its way out, and frankly, the electronic cockpit is what set this SUV apart and is a must at this price. I'm a bit disappointed in the LED from what I have read. They seem to have been stripped down from the EU version so are just basically (slightly) better than Xenon. I have had Xenon on my BMWs for the last 17 years, and absolutely love them and you cannot go wrong with them. So if you hate the dash, and want to save some money I think you will be able to live with the Xenons. Its not like you are going to halogens

Another vote for LED and VC. Awesome.

I've had zero issues. (take a testdrive at night if you're that concerned) in fact I've had zero issues with glare off either screen during the day too.

I might be a bit biased because I have an Orca black without the virtual cockpit, but I prefer the analog dash. In regards to the lights, the Xenons are brighter than the non matrix LEDs, but I still prefer the look of the LED. Side by side LED are noticeably whiter though they don't project as far.
