Android Auto Apps that you recommend?
I'm finally getting around to getting more serious about Android Auto. At the moment I just use Pandora and OK Google for sending texts.
Any recommendations for Apps, particularly ones that work well given no touch screen.
Am looking for podcast app as well.

For podcasts - Pocket Casts is great
For navigation - built in Google Maps is great, if you are a fan of Waze - that is now supported too.
Audiobooks - Audible
Most messaging apps (Hangouts, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc) support voice interface for reading and sending messages
Google Play Music is great for curated radio stations/your own playlists/your uploaded mp3s/access to any music out there if you have subscription.

AnyDroidAuto is an app you can install on your phone to expand the options of apps that can send audio to Android Auto. I use it for a side loaded version of TuneInRadio and Spotify. It should work for other apps, too. Maybe YouTube, if you play songs from there. Should be just the audio and not the YT video itself playing on your screen.
