Anyone here considering trading their Q7 for the Q8?

I think in its most aggressive spec (1st year pkg etc). The Q8 may appeal little more over the Q7 for those that need some utility but do not want a family hauler image from a visual standpoint. Only time will tell if it’s all woth it for Audi.
I do not find I use my 3rd row as much as I expected and as much as I like the q7, there is part of me that would prefer a more sporty oriented driving experience. Had they made the Q8 stand out from the Q7 in driving dynamics, then I think it would have opened up the market a bit more for it. However as many of us expected all drive reviews so far pretty much say it’s just like driving a Q7.

Although I do agree with the facelifted Q7 affecting value of the current Q7 it could also affect that of the Q8. Will people pay more for less? The Q8 hasn’t been tested in the market while the Q7 is always in demand.

Hence I keep my cars for 8+ years. They get depreciated to a few thousand dollars regardless of other factors
