ATT data plan

What functionality is eventually enabled if one has a ATT data plan (either an add on to existing plan or separate) outside of the in car Wifi? Do you still get online google search and stuff or does that require audi connect on top?

I believe it is only for wifi. Not for all the services you get with audi connect service.

Only the car’s hotspot. If you need google maps, you will need to pay for the prime subscription
