No Index that I can see. Just the manual for download and thats it.

The index/TOC (actually, the doc refers to it as an Outline) is in the pdf file. Access it by clicking on the thing circled in red:

… and you should see this screen and each item on it is linked to the proper page and you can expand the broad categories shown by clicking the “>” on the left to show additional levels of subtopics. You just have to click the item you want to look at and it’ll take you to the correct page.

Thanks! Different problem now. What pdf reader are you using? I'm on a windows laptop using adobe acrobat and while I can manually scroll through the whole manual, it only shows the 1st group (Engine) and is not giving me any way to see the master index for the sub-groups. Trying to look at it in chrome/edge results in being stuck on the warning page and not being able to click yes.
