New update posted on ACNA site. 6% Discount is still there, but Q7 and some other new vehicles are excluded. I don't see any other changes. Did I miss anything?

Whew, just sneaked under the wire yesterday (3/31/16) evening, signed US bank lease and took Delivery.

I had the 6% ACNA discount deal when I ordered in January but the dealer didn't even ask for the certificate so I never had to even pay for lifetime ACNA membership ($750) that I was planning to in case the dealer insisted on the certificate.

I guess one key question is whether the dealer will get any rebate back from Audi if they participate in the program. The 2% would be a big deal and likely impact dealer willingness to participate. Having said that, given the model exclusion list, from a practical matter, it's not clear that the economics make too much sense in terms of joining the club just for purposes of a discount - I would think a savvy buyer would be able to get 6% (or very close) off without too much difficulty on most of the remaining models. It will be interesting to see how frequently the list gets updated and how often models are excluded or included into the program. At the end of the day, it seems like the dealers will take the bigger hit if the 2% contribution from Audi goes away.

Anybody know if the Owner Loyalty Program that expired on 3/31 has been renewed? Does it exclude the Q7 now? (The old program gave $500 owner loyalty credit for the new Q7.)

i did... that is when the GM told me the owner is the one who told them to back out of all discounted deals. which is a shame because i know the owner as well and he shook my hand thanking me after every purchase. he was "not available" when i asked to speak. in any event, i have a great relationship with bmw and the porsche dealership i use and have no problem giving them more business.
