Every time I want to access My Audi Contacts the system asks me to sign in or use my PIN. Each time I attempt, it responds that my password or PIN is incorrect. Anyone else have these same issues? My service provider is AT&T and I have the 18 month full plan.

I had my Audi Connect basically "lose" my userinfo and tell me that it was disconnected. I had to go into the User Management on the MMI and erase my user profile. I then re-registered using the code on a little fob the dealer gave me when I took delivery of the car. I was then able to input my PIN (which can be found in the Audi Connect User Management section of myaudi.

Or you could take it to the dealer and I'm sure they'll walk you through re-registering your user account to the MMI.
