Audi connects keeps showing door are OPENED
 

Audi connect keeps showing the door is opened but it's not, it's preventing me to lock/unlock doors with the app

I could still lock and unlock the car with my keys though....

Ive also tried to restart the car, the app, and my phone.

I would contact Audi connect.

I have seen like this when I enter an underground parking lot where there is no internet connection to the car. I walked to the car many times just to make sure that he car is actually locked.

Mine was showing the rear passenger window open and now it shows the drivers door open also so I am learning to just stop using it. It to unreliable.

I had a similar situation with the rear window, thought I had a problem. However, my son must have cracked the window ever so slightly so the sensor read it was open. Couldn't tell by looking. Toggled the wx switch, and like magic the app showed it closed. Kids

Like you, I took delivery a few days ago. I've found the doors to be quite difficult to close thus far. In fact, the other night I looked at my Audi Connect app on a lark and found that I left a door open. Are you 100% sure the door wasn't closed firmly enough?

Yes, I was able to lock the door with the key fob
