I continually get server errors when I try to lock/unlock my doors from the iPhone app.

The Vehicle Status Report works. The Service & Checks works. Lock/unlock gives me a server error and says "try again later." The Warning Messages routine results in a big "X" and says "An error has occurred. Please try again later."

This is hardly the first time this has happened, though this time is worse in that it hasn't started working.

Anyone have suggestions other than logging out/in and confirming my subscription is still active (done)?

It's difficult to fathom that GM is so far ahead of Audi in its iPhone app, and has been for a long time.

The only time that has happened to me is when my car was in a bad cell signal area. Otherwise I’ve not seen this issue

I only tried this a few times and had issues on about 1/2 of them (and another check box in the why bother paying for connect prime).
