I am still taking it in tomorrow which will probably be futile, but I want it documented in some way, shape or form even if it is my word against theirs.

Thank you you for your response.
No sensors on Q7 "sees" so far as 300 yards

That is very true, and 300 yards is 3 football fields. But I think sometimes presense acts wierd. For example a few posts ago I described how it came on for me (never had before), on a clear road. Never know what all data points the Q is processing

Nothing is perfect. I have had 3 times glitches with pre-sense, but always with rear one, not front. Front pre-sense functions perfectly so far.
2 times with parking, going backwards, pre-sense sensed something nonexistent. And once standing at traffic lights, pre-sense pulled back seat belt quite fast and strongly. That was most unpleasant experience.
Front pre-sense is a bit more sophisticated than rear. It combines data from 3 sources, 2 radars, 6 ultrasonic sensors and camera. There are a lot of data that have to be processed and analyzed constantly.

So my Presense finally worked! Some idiot was making a very slow left turn ahead of me and as I was starting to go around him from the right, Presense kicked in, chimed, slowed me very briefly but sensed i was moving out of his way and so it let me keep going

Glad to know that mine works!!

I've seen the triangle a few times, but the car has never auto braked for me. This usually happens when the car in front is turning right.
