Thank you for the 3D Maxpider trunk cover recommendation - read the Amazon reviews and agree that it is a better trunk cover than OEM and WeatherTech - allows the third row to be up, and seems better made. Ordered on Ebay as no tax is charged vs Amazon

My Touareg TDI had 3D Maxpider mats set. No doubt - they were nice fit, much better than OE. But front seat mats' backing started to split from rubber core after less than a year. Fixed it by Super-Gluing them back. Not sure how well trunk cover will work, especially if third row seats will be folded back and forth often. I woul;dn't put 3D over Weather Tech, but in any case 3D will be a better trunk cover than OE Audi Q7 cargo mat(Velcro straps on it's back side is only what keeps this mat tolerable).

These sport pedals with rubber are slicker than the OEM plastic pedals? I would have figured you'd have more grip with these.

Yeah a bit odd but true I found them very slick when wet. I do like them and ordering a set for my Q7. But yes I have found they are slippery when wet.

I bought a set off eBay (Chinese seller) just to try it out. The gas and brake pedal went on just fine. The dead pedal, I can't for the life of me get the screw to catch and thread with the aluminum dead pedal cover (works just fine with the original plastic dead pedal cover). Anyone else have similar issue with the dead pedal from the eBay Chinese source?

Had similar difficulties. Trying to remember, but really have to muscle in, think you have to pull back the molded carpet a bit on left edge to fit it in...

Here is an amazon link that appears to include the dead pedal. Set of three for $24.99. The set of two that was originally posted above is now $17.82
