I’m thinking about upgrading my ‘17 Q7. With Memorial Day coming up and the release of the FL ‘20 QT will it be the time to by a ‘19 P+ or a ‘18 low mileage Prestige? What kind of discounts had anyone gotten recently? I’ve see 9-15%. Thanks

Saw a few CPO ‘18 Q7 Prestige for $69K-$70k. While P+ is going for roughly $55K-$60K.

Differences between the '17, '18 and '19 are pretty minor. I'm not sure anything has changed that would make 99% of buyers want to upgrade. So if you actually want to feel like you're driving a 'new' car and not one with less miles just wait for the '20. (although that could be moot if you just want new colors or some option you missed the first time).

In that case you should be able to get at least 10% off MSRP on a new '19. I suspect you will not get that kind of discount on a '20 when they come out. If you're buying used someone already took the depreciation hit for you.
