you can order it on ebay from a German dealer for about $112 (incl shipping)

would be nice if they made this in 2 or 3 pieces in the cases where I have my third row up. Looks like it can't be stored in car at all if Im using 3rd row making it a difficult decision to buy.

is it flexible enough to fold it or do you really have to take it out if the third row is up?

It's pretty rigid. You have to take it out to use the 3rd row.

the way it was explained to us by the trainer was to kick underneath the parking sensor just to the right of the tow hitch.
