Which one did you buy?

On their website they don't really have a drop down option for the 2017+ models. They do have the 2010-2014 333 hp verssion.

Is that the one you got and it ended up working?

Nope. The one I purchased is the Ultimate version. It is not listed on their website for the 3.0T Gas motor. The price is $599. You can see from the picture in the first post, that the unit is different from the PRO that has been out for a long time.

No doubt about it. The Q7 will never see the track, so I could care less about power for the launch.

I ran a Chipwerek S (early edition) on my Audi S4 for a few years. Great HP upgrade for the price, removable before dealer service (if you care) and easy to install. I always pulled the negative terminal before install and removal... then ran Carista to clear any codes. Usually did this to let it sit overnight and the next day it was a different car.

I sold it for almost what I paid for it when my S4 finally was out of warranty and I got a real tune from EPL.

I'm interested to see some long term use of this one on the Q7. Good option to have...

I called Chipwerke today and they had no idea about what ultimate unit would work for my Q7 3.0T. Does anyone know which unit I should reference or model number?

Strange. I have seen the Ultimate sticker on the back of their units.
