I've got the same problem on my Audi Q7 4M. Clock lags 4-5 minutes every month. Services said that they don't know what is the cause of the problem. I assume that replacement of dashboard will fix the problem. However I haven't tried it yet

Clock should sync up with GPS signal.

I haven't got Navi installed in my car, so how are clocks supposed to sync up with GPS if there is no such a thing?

Yes, well, it's always good to give as much info when asking questions as possible. Check your vehicle settings (Menu->Vehicle->left control button->Vehicle settings->Date&time), there should be 'automatic setting' there. I think that even if you don't have GPS installed, vehicle is able to pull the clock setting from satellite (via radio). If not, you are SOL.
