CPO warranty experience
Hi all, I am looking to pick up a 2018 or 2019 Q7 CPO. Once out of the standard manufacture warranty, please let me know your experience (good or bad). We will likely blow through the manufacture warranty in year one. Also do you have to have maintenance done at the dealer for the CPO warranty to be valid?
Thanks! |
2013 A4 quattro purchased on CPO. Water pump gave out after manufacturer's warranty expired. The water pump replacement with labor $1300. My out of pocket using extended warranty $65. They took the car in the same day I called, got the loaner, and got it back the next day. I'm not sure if I you have to use the dealership for warranty work, but I'm extremely happy with the work my dealer has done, and no paperwork to deal with regarding the warranty payment.

Great, thanks.
Would definitely use the dealership for warranty work, was curious if need to take it there for the standard 10k maintenance. The closest dealership mislead me a bit as I was looking at new Q7s, so would like to avoid using them for service if possible. |
Not sure about the scheduled maintenance having to be done at the dealership, but my CPO came with remaining AudiCare, so going there was really a no brainer, and the independent shops don't have loaners in my area.
