D/S efficiency
 

I understand what it means to put tbe car in D. But today i was driving in efficiency mode and accidently put the car in S mode. Always wondered what the S mode means. Too lazy to check the manual. Any help guys? Does it means sport mode? Even though I had efficiency selected.

Yes, sport mode. Transmission shift points are at higher rpms, holds lower gears more to optimize power band rather than efficiency, and disables the engine auto-start/stop function.

Can you leave it in sort mode in traffic, highways, always??
