Have anyone else seen this or have an idea what's going on? Thx.
What is the model of the cable you are using to get that cover art to show off your ipod?

I have a iPod Nano, with a tiny screen. I use the cable that came with the iPod. But, my preferred way to listen is via a SD card that contains my vast music library in FLAC format.

But what cable do you use to connect your ipod to the mmi system in the center armrest that allows cover art to show?

The cable came with the iPod, it has a USB connector. If the music on a iPod did not come from iTunes, it's possible that cover information is not available.

Transferred my music from itunes using an SD card today, but can't figure out how to build the playlists. Anyone know? don't want to be creating new ones.

You can tag any song as a favorite. I have not really looked at how to create a playlist from SD cards.

Playlists need to be in m3u format. I used VLC on my Mac to build the playlist.
