Deleting phone?

Someone please point me to the page number that describes deleting a phone from the system. Got new iPhone and want to get rid of the old.

It's also a good idea to go into the main settings and perform a factory reset of the Bluetooth and Directory to get rid of the old data. Removing the phone doesn't completely remove its data.
