Default Detailing OEM Mats

Recently I had my car detailed at the dealer who uses an independent company. The mats looked great. Very clean and shiny.

I tried a Meguires product and that looks good but not as good as what I got when detailed. Anyone have any suggestions on getting that polished look on the OEM Mats.

Assuming you are talking about the all weather (rubber) mats? Use a degreaser such as super clean / meguiars to clean the mats. The technique is as important as using the right product. Make sure you scrub with a brush after you spay the product, and then hose it off. Dry it in a shared area, and the end result should be good. Not sure if you followed all these steps
Also, maybe the detailer used a dressing to get that shine. Applying Dressing on floor mats is not recommend.

This product by WeatherTech provides a protective finish that is non-slippery:

Have you used their leather conditioner before?

I picked up a few WT products when I went to pick up the cargo liner and I just don't feel they're as good as the simple Meguiar wipes I've used before.

I thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

I've pretty much stuck with Audi's leather products on the Q7s; their cleaner seems especially effective on their leather. Also used BMW's proprietary and Zaino products with success on my BMWs. I've run the gamut in the past with Lexol, Leatherique, Lexus stuff (former GX/RX owner too), and most of the commercial Turtle Wax, Meguair, Griot's etc., but generally have found the respective manufacturer's products work best with their coverings, although you can find excellent reviews with any of them.
