There's a button for that on my drivers door? I know my mothers A6 has a button there but I've never noticed on my my Q7.

Audi didn't change the description. Yes, older vehicles had the button on the door. Newer ones (Q7,A4) have the setting in MMI.

That would annoy me extremely unless I can disable it, especially on 2-lane turns from traffic lights where the light blinks uncontrollably since it thinks the driver to my left/right is moving straight. Instead of beeping I wish the steering wheel vibration was consistent.
