Run flats suck, they even came standard on my 2017 MB S550 coupe with the AMG pkg. and 20" wheels of all things. Your ride quality will improve dramatically when you switch.

I have 20 inch run flats (Scorpions). I'm trying to find a set of the 19 inch wheels to put some Michelin's on. I have adaptive chassis

If you ditch the RFTs, what do you do for a spare since you’re going to be more prone to flats?

Sweet thanks!

I got rid of the Pirelli summer RFTs for all season ContiDWS non RFTs on the 20s on my X5. The ride improved and the road noise got better.

Yeah I'm just having a hard time finding a set of 19 inch OEM takeoffs in good condition

I've just switched to the same size non-run flat Bridgestones after getting a puncture in my 12k noisy Pirellis. No regrets son far. Much more smooth and quiet.

Glad to hear that. I lost that luxury car feeling with those run flats. Cant wait to try regular tires and easy to find, costs half the price compared to run flats.
