Can someone please explain to me what Efficiency Assist does? I looked through the manual and online and I can't find a good explanation. So not sure if I should keep it on or off.

Basically it puts the car on coast when it knows you will need to slow down for a turn or a lower speed limit. If you have cruise control on, it does it by itself. If you don't, it puts a little green foot with an arrow on the display to let you know to coast.
