It is definitely leaking somewhere? Curious why you wanted to check this? Any symptoms?

car engine sounds like a tractor engine when accelerating,

Immediately downshifts on hills and goes to 4,000 rpm

Probably not a good idea to be driving it in that condition.

Wow - 2008 3.0 6 cyl did this, but the 2.0 is insanely solid, I'm surprised.

Take it in right away - oil levels are ok right?

Audi Dealerships have brushed me off like an ant several times for, 1.brake squeal 2. sunroof creaking 3. alignment issues

Not sure how they will receive this one?

Is there really something wrong with the engine, there was oil on the engine block almost 5,000km in,

Man I really hate hearing this, the $30 Billion thus far spent on deisel-gate is hurting the end users of their vehicles....this can truy make one re-think their decision to buy an Audi....Audi are you listening????
Find another dealer and see if you give them your service business they'll address all your aforementioned items.

We also have a 2.0T and it always sounds like a tractor during acceleration. My dad thought that it was a diesel. Curious to hear what the outcome is after you take it to the dealership. Also, I have had alignment after alignment and the Q7 still eats the outer edge of the front tires. Last time I took it to the dealership, the service manager told me, "they are just heavy SUV's and that is why the tires don't last."
