Open the boot, on both sides there are plastic covers, you need to pull them out. Use a little bit of force to pull firmly but not too much.
Then it exposes the headlight assemblies. There is a round cover on top of each light. Turn them according to the markings on the cover to open position and life it up.
You can see the bulb holder inside the cavity. The one on the inner most position is the turn indicator. The one on the outer most is H7 fog/corner halogen bulb.
Pull the indicator holder out and you can access the bulb. Carefully pull the bulb out, then insert the LED bulb. Be aware that PWY24W socket is polarized. You can only insert it one way not the other.
Go through reverse order to put everything back. When you put the top plastic cover back, the green circular clips are a bit tricky to align. Make sure to put the green tips into their clip holes before you push down. I have broken one clip but misaligning and bending it too much.
Hope this helps.

So finally! I successfully installed them today. Following your instruction, really simple and easy task it is!
I would say it is a very easy job, nonetheless, if I had no instruction by you, I would struggle much more.
I wanted to share more photos (such as cover, cap) with this forum so please see the attached photos for your(forum users) information.
by the way, did you figure out to buy the plastic clip? Gladly I didn‘t break it, yet lose somewhere under the hood... lol
thanks again to Funkyrider83y.
The round cap for getting inside the cavity.
After opening the cap
You can see the green clips with white holder.
Original halogen bulb out of the cavity.

The cavity in the headlight is so big, you can put a sh*tload of stuff in there! I wanted to replace the fog lights to LED but just couldn't bother because I only use them for maybe 10 minutes per year at most? LOL

The reverse look similar but are not the same diodes or as bright.
We have NEW reverse for 2018+:
921 Error Free Bright Reverse LED for 2018 Audi Q7 | deAutoLED
And NEW Reverse for all other Q7 models:
http://deautokey.com/product/921-err...i-q7-2009-2017
For front turns:
-can be seen in direct sun light (most important as you want to be seen and many LEDs vanish in direct sun light when in the amber color range)
-no errors
-no hyperflashing

Here, I found this LED module looks exactly like the one I bought from iJDMToy.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/2Pc-T15-Bri...53.m1438.l2649
I have bought a pair of Amber colored ones and used them in my Astra K rear turn indicators. They are very bright, don't know whether they will pass bulb out detection in the Audi though. Doesn't hurt to try, they are so cheap.

1. I used t25 not t20 to loose the set.
2. It seems much brighter than the OEM.
3. Regarding the first rectangular plastic cover, at first I refer the german video and tried to push it. But it somehow got stuck (In the end I pushed it stronger and it got popped out) I recommend to use a plastic chisel stick to just pop it out. It is much easier and no worry about breaking it.
4.When using t25, you may need an extended header because the part is little in a deeper position. It will depend on what you have on your hand.
It works without an error so far and I will keep it updated once it starts giving me an error code.
Thanks Funkyrider83!!

Those are old tech SMD chips. $8-11 is too much for them!
