Default H&R springs

It’s been some months now
Anyone that has them installed I’ve seen a few on this forum...update on the drive!

Any issues?
Do the links need to be changed?
camber issues?
Tire rub?

Ride is great - forgot they were installed. No issues at all.

I have them in a box, waiting to be installed, and hoping (praying!) that somebody posts some instructions or tips. About all I know is that they're a real pain in the butt, and you probably need a professional-quality spring compressor. Yay.

These came out fall 2018 and H&R lists drop to be F -1.4” & R -1.2”. I'd say I observed about 1.5" and 1.0" drops. Handling is very similar to OE.
No rubbing, no linkage changes needed, and alignment remained within OE Specs for me.
As for installation, it is a bit more involved compared to some vehicles and do recommend a shop to install.

Pre drop (OE)

Post drop (H&R)

Book time is about 7 hours or so, depending on if that include alignment time or not. Definitely want to have an alignment.

A little firmer versus stock but not over the top.

They are very nice. Install was not easy though(previous model was easier).Just don't get stuck on snow banks 😁😉👍💪🕺🕺. But if you do, better have a shovel ready.
hope they come with coils soon.

Cheers,
Bob
