Default Help with some stains!

Hi,

This week I noticed that the rear bumper of my car is with a few (horrible) stains. It seems that something spilled there. I tried to remove the stains using some car wax, but it did not work.

My car is with 2k miles only and it is not my first option to send it to the paint shop to have the rear bumper repainted.

Does anyone have any idea or suggestion?

Car wax won't work. Have you tried a paint conditioner? Paint conditioners are not as abrasive as rubbing compound so it is safer to try it out first.

Try automotive clay. I might even leave it on for a few hours to see if it will draw it out.

I use Griot's Garage Polish to remove stains like that (bird crap comes to mind). It works great. Any quality polish should work just as well.

I will try, according to my wife we have it at home. If it does not work (she believes that it will work) I will move on to the other suggestions.

I will post here if it will work or not.

Just curious, in the original post you mentioned "something must have spilled there". Did you figure out what that something was?

I saw the rear bumper on eBay and ECS selling for 350, maybe better just to replace the bumper, not sure how hard to replace thought.
