Hello,

I bought a Q7 off the lot that did not include the vehicle jack. Yes, I have run flats, but would still like to acquire one. I spoke the dealership and they are ignoring me. I called AUDI USA, and they pretty much was zero help.

Can we even buy this? First Audi purchase, and this is just plain stupid. If a customer purchases a $70K car and asks for a free jack, I feel like they should at least be courteous when saying no.

My dealer ordered one as a line item from the factory when the build order was placed. You may needed some of the other items pictured, if you don’t have them already in the hatch area under the floor board.

I’d check eBay and post a wanted ad in the classified section of the forum, I took mine out the day of delivery and stuck it in the garage, I think a lot of people do the same. I want to keep mine because I’m a pac rat.

I agree with you. You should obviously not have buy one. The dealer should get hold of one for you for free -- it's a free item when you order. I also didn't pay attention and didn't care about it when I ordered mine, now that I wanted one in order to be able to change to winter setup myself, I called up the sales rep and told him to get me one, which he of course did, fully appreciating my point about the thing being free in the first place.

I ordered the free jack just because it was free. I have a 3 ton floor jack so I don’t need it.

i can send you mine (free) when my new Q7 arrives in March.
