How do I install OEM front license plate bracket?

How do I install OEM front license plate bracket?
Ok, I got the OEM front bracket and four OEM screws (that have the same part number as four “clips”??). I know how to remover the chrome strips. Now how do I install the dang bracket?

chrome strips are removed by pressing on the back side of them - hands through the bumper. There are small "tabs" that keep the trim strips locked in place.

misread, sorry
the bracket slips right into place, and lines up where the strips were removed - it will only line up one way
The top of the bracket has a crescent shape at either corner - it will rest that crescent against one of the non removable chrome strips in the grille, where the grille goes from "solid" to "open"

4 screws hold the bracket to the car. then at least 2 hold the plate to the bracket - if you look there are 4 small indentations where to drill
