Amazing that car manufactures can't find someone to spend a few minutes to program options to allow the user to set the behavior (turn stereo on on event "x" with a delay of "Y") I don't care if the car costs $10k or $100k.

Unless you hit the start/stop button on more time. First time turns off the engine, second time kills the accessories + radio. It is something you can code out (just like their requirement to pull the door handles twice - once to unlock, once to open). Everybody has their quirks....
