The rear 12v socket has fallen off, but nothing is broken. Anyond know how to reattach it?

Do you mean the one in the far back left side of the cargo area? I've had mine out, but I don't remember for sure how it's attached. But I do remember that I had to remove the switch panel (the one with the 3rd row seat switches) in order to get to the back of the 12V socket.

You mean the flip down compartment with 2 x 12V connections under the rear seat climate controls? If so, you can re-attach it fairly easily. I had to do it once. Just align the pegs in the console to the bottom slots of the door and push the door closed. If you're worried about breaking off the pegs, the dealer can do it for you very easily.

Had this happen to me, and while the tray closes, the smooth movement was gone. I told the SA and the RO mentioned they had to order a brand new one for some reason. I'm frankly disappointed at the look and feel in general of that part -- it clearly comes from the VAG parts bin, I could see it in a Jetta.
