Go in to the finance office thinking I'm not gonna be a sucker. Extended warranty...nope. tire and wheel warranty...nope. Audi service...maybe? Wife....yes to all. Oh well, whats $6k. For the most part I don't have to deal with any problems for the next 5 to 7 years.
LOL!

Hah. They got me for Audicare, the tire and wheel package, and the brakes package. I think I paid $3k.

We decided to shell out $3100 for an extended warranty yesterday when we ordered. Factory warranty is only good for 24 months when living overseas with a US spec vehicle and Audi Care is not available. This will give us full warranty for 72 months so not a bad deal in my mind.

7 yr 120k warranty ($250 deductible) $3969
5yr unlimited tire and wheel. $1695
Audi care $849
Xpel full front and hood etc. $1495
Ceramic (lifetime warranty) tint $300. That was actually a bargain.
I really could have done without the tire and wheel. Because a dinged rim is $250 to repair and a tire is 350.
So I highly doubt that money was well spent. The only real reason I didn't squawk is my wife has dinged 3 rims and tires in two years. But her car has low profile tires and rims.

Yeah, we had tire and wheel on our A6 with 20-inch wheels and I think we had 3-4 tires replaced in 2 years, so the extra grand I paid did pay for itself I suppose.

I guess we'll see what happens with this one...I have a feeling I got scammed on the brake package though...

Does the Wheel and Tire package cover replacement tires when they wear out? If not, then that seems very pricey!
