+1 Exactly! As I mentioned above in the thread, for many, the unwillingness by Audi to provide such a fast and simple update is more annoying then not actually having the feature. It's interesting how the powers that be in these large companies where customer loyalty is everything can be numb enough to not see the big picture. It's very likely the OP of this thread will not consider Audi again in the future. All it takes is one final straw like this to put someone over the tipping point of no longer being loyal.
