Interior Storage
What is the best way to store things in the interior cabin of a 2017 Q7 since it does not have the type of console storage between the front seats in other SUVs? Thanks.

When I was looking to trade my 2012 Q7 for a 2017, I though there was no way I was going to fit all the stuff I had in the older one in the new one. Turns out I was wrong.
The thing that tipped it over the top was to remove the large foam block under the rear floor. Doing that frees up all kinds of space to stash stuff out of sight. The foam block takes up a lot of space and really is unnecessary.

I store thing all over...i have my shades in the case in the glove in the slot...my finger print rags in the door ...umbrella in the umbrella slot in the door....cords and gum in the center console...change and receipts in the front lil tray...normally stash the Ipads behind the seats. I have kickpads so they are not seen...phone normally sits on the pad in front the center storage. The only good thing about limited storage is that that i tend to store less crap I dont need

In my cars, I store the minimal amount possible. Umbrella, car manual, registration, insurance, hand sanitizer, and a few cards related to places I frequent (car wash, water store, etc). Other than that, you will find my car spotless and uncluttered.
These days with electronic parking meters and EZPass, there is not even a need for coins in the car
