Same thing happens to my Q7 this week... Suddenly lost all cameras... Unfortunately, it did not came back after 2 hours like you guys reported. It has been 4 days already and still not recovering... Tried to book an appointment with dealership but it seems they are too popular... The closest date I can get an appointment is July 1st...... *Sigh*

I figured you had tried that - kind of the obvious first step.
Being in a major city, where I assume there's more than one Audi dealer, I'm surprised they're blowing you off until July 1. That would be unacceptable. It may not be a major safety issue but when you rely on something, you shouldn't have to go that long without it. Obviously, I don't know your exact situation - but I might be on the phone to AOA and/or talking to other dealers. Guess I'm just spoiled by my dealer - sales & service - here in the western suburbs of Chicago.
Good luck.

I tried all 4 Audi dealers that considered local to me. All of them were fully booked to 6/29. That's why I stayed with the dealer I purchased this car from. I did find a dealer that can booked me around 6/15, but that's 60 miles away......

Happened to me while sitting parked in a lot with the car off and I was simply messing around with all the settings, etc for 10-15min.
Went to start it, no cameras. Next day, everything back to normal. Good luck tzchang.

I have the same issue, my car was parked all day ...drove in the evening and noticed all the camera showing black screen. I have an appointment on June 7th hopefully I'll get some answers.

I've had this happening on a almost daily basis this time last year. When I took her in for the first service last August, the master tech found fault codes logged for the issue with the cameras. Here is the crazy part... the part ordered and replaced was the passenger sun visor. Apparently the electrics to the sun visor is on the same wiring harness as the camera system and is shorting them all out at times. Have your dealer reference TSBs 2043850/1 & 2043850/2

Happened to me, where I think it was caused by putting it in reverse, while the navigation was still calculating a complicated (2,500 mile) route. Screen came back next morning, but right after it happened I tried usual turn off, push buttons etc. but could not get it back. Now I am back home, may experiment with NAV functions while reversing...
