Default LTE vs 3G for Audi Connect?

I just got a Q7 and so far it seems like a great car. I just had it to the dealer to have my winter wheels and tires installed as well as the clear bra. I noticed that the loaner that I had said LTE on the center screen but that my car only ever says 3G. Is that normal? Is there setting or something else that needs to be changed?

Thanks for the help.

If you have good AT&T LTE coverage in the area, you should see "LTE" on the screen.

Thanks for the pointers so far. I knew that LTE is faster which is why I am a little concerned. The loaner car that I had displayed LTE is locations where I only get 3G. In fact with my vehicle I only get 3G all of the time.

Sounds like something wrong with yours. Ask the dealer. Hopefully just a software reset of some kind needed.
