So we have a '17 A4 and a '17 Q7, and yes I have paid the ridiculous fee for the MMI connect services. Everything worked well (mostly) until we downloaded ios 11 yesterday. The app functions normally until you switch vehicles. When trying to view the new vehicles the screen order is all messed up and several screens do not appear. This occurs on an iphone 7+, iphone 6S and an ipad pro. Is anyone else having this problem. Obviously they need to fix the app.

Deleted the app and then reloaded it. No joy

I'm having the same issue on all my iOS devices, ranging from iPad Pro down to iPods.

Damn. My first car with carplay and it should be here next month, and now it sounds like it's broken.

A quick google search for "ios 11 carplay issues" turns up a lot of results.

I believe you can go back to 10.3.3 on your device still.

They're talking about the MMI app, not CarPlay.

On another note, I read on another site that when a call comes in with OS11, the contact pic shows on the screens. Even with Bluetooth.

Not only MMI, most apps are screwed on my iPhone 7 after upgrading to iOS11. Hopefully, these bugs should be fixed in the coming weeks.
