My memory serves that I use to barely even hear the supercharger on this car

I could hear some of what you hear but can't say it's different than during summer months as I really haven't noticed.

I'm also getting a LOT of whine at redline. It started with a scraping like ticking noise and then ultimately progress to a loud wine whenever the clutch engaged. I've driven multiple other Q sevens and vehicles with the same CREC engine and no noise

Sounds like an imminent bearing failure. I’ve got 10k miles and not a peep. Audi has gone out of its way to suppress supercharger noise.

Yeah I just want to confirm that it's noisy. I don't recall ever hearing it this loud

Yeah that is noisy for sure and not normal for a Q where you have to punch the gas to even hear the engine. Get it looked at
I'm especially sensitive to that kind of noise as I just had that similar noise on my BMW and turned out to be a timing chain issue
