Default My first two days with Q7

Hi all

I've just received 2 days ago my brand new Q7 (S-Line European model)

My feedbacks :
- impossible to create and link car and MMI Connect application (server error)
- impossible to share my iPhone connection to use all MMI services
- impossible to set up the ambient lighting and choose colors into drive select
- impossible to get back in 1 click to Apple CarPlay once in menu or other functions (why Audi does not propose to use the "telephone" button to do it ?)
- native Audi GPS seems really poor to take in charge traffic jam vs Google Map or Waze

Otherwise it is pure pleasure to drive it

Don't hesitate to give me advice about my feedbacks.

Thank you

Time to go back and park yourself in the dealership and make him make it possible to fix all the things that he should have walked you through in the delivery process - at least that's how it works in the U.S.

I fully agree that the onus is on the dealership, no doubt, assuming that the client has the patience to be taken through everything. Having had my share of incompetent walk-thoughs as I took delivery here in the US, I hesitate to generalize, though. This is the 3rd Q7 I take delivery of, the first two times (an '07 and a '12) the sales reps rushed everything, knew basically nothing so I had to figure it all out myself. This time, having learned from past experiences, I prepared and asked the right questions (I hope), in part thanks to everyone contributing to this forum. I'm still to buy two cars from the same Audi US dealership, thankfully the recent experience was vastly superior to the previous ones, maybe a sign of generally improved costumer service with Audi USA, I don't know.
