On my myaudi.com account, my 2017 Q7 Prestige now suddenly shows up as a 2016 Premium. I am in the United States and there were never even any model year 2016's. It used to show up correctly as my 2017 Prestige but the site design has changed and my Q7 is suddenly reported wrong.

Any early build Q7 owners in the USA seeing the same problem online? I took delivery in February of 2016.

Such a clunky site...............getting worse instead of better.

Mine did the same thing . Went from 2017 Prestige to 2016 Premium .

One more thing I've noticed. When you look at the 'explore inventory' on any Audi dealer's sites, you will notice all new 2018 Q7s listed as Premium SUV. You have to drill down to description to find out if they have Prestige package or not. I guess Audi is pushing previous class designations to package levels, hence the change in myaudi (probably). No clue why the year would be changed unless it reflects build year not MY.

My Q seems to log me out of myAudi every time I start the car. I have to log in each time to retrieve destinations I have sent to it. Any thoughts on what could be happening here?

I ended up contacting support and they are looking into it. They had me send screen shots.

Mine changed to 2016 for some reason. It also comes up with a white one with no VIN and I have to switch to mine every time. So far it hasn't changed any of the functionality though.
