Default New Ownership questions

2018 prestige CPO.

How does we find out what the dealer installed options on the original car were?
Should they be in the CPO as well?

New to Audi ownership (or car ownership for that matter), so pardon the noob quesitons,

Does any dealer help you with questions about Audiconnect, set up help etc or is it only the dealer you bought it from? For that matter, any sort of feature related technical help.
Are there any dependencies to any aspect of ownership that's exclusive to the dealership the car was bought from?

As a fellow new owner of Q7 that just visited his nearby Audi dealer that he didn't buy the car from, here is what I noticed:
  • They are slightly less enthusiastic about helping you, if you haven't bought the car from them.
  • All MMI questions are addressed by Sales division, so the above point is understandable.
  • I needed a "key code" that my used Q7 didn't come with and I got a run around from Service to Sales to Parts before they got me to the right person to order this $110 lanyard.🤦🏼*♂️ Service told me I needed to order a whole new key, while Sales had no idea at all.

It's also in the app. Scroll down to your equipment and select all equipment details

Any salesmen at the dealer can print off the original window sticker for you. Service doesnt have access to that system. I have mine for all the cars ive owned. It's great to have when you resell.

You can get a key code from Audi customer service. In just bought a ‘17 Prestige and it didn’t come with it. I contacted my dealership and they had no idea so I spoke to Audi Customer Experience Center and got a replacement a week later

What is Audi Experience Center and what do they do?

How do you get in touch?

Thanks
