Most of the dealers in Southern California deal with them. Again, I caution you to read about them and their practices for lease end. Some of the things that they do, according to the posts, if they are true, boarder on unethical.

Captive FS are lenient on wear and tear since they are keen on new business, and also make money of the resale of the leased cars.
Outside finance companies take the risk of selling the car at an auction, and do not have the same repeat customer incentives. Hence they cover their back, and will use the slightest pretext to charge excess wear and tear. They simply do not have the other heads to compensate for the wear & tear, nor can they fix the dents on cheap like a dealer can.
