Default OBDeleven now available for IOS

FYI, I was just notified by the Apple App Store that the OBDeleven app for the Mac IOS is now available. I don't have the dongle yet, so I don't know it it actually works, but this is a step forward for me.

Only compatible with the new dongle which is sold out until next month. If you have the older dongle you can only use it with Android.

Keep in mind that the iOS app is only beta functions for now. From the website:

With PRO functions under development the first release of iOS software will include these features:
* Vehicle identification
* One-click apps
* Read/clear/share fault codes
In other words, no coding on the iOS app yet.

There were a decent number of apps already in there for the Q7. My old android phone was stolen out of my car that I used with my obdeleven device so I bit the bullet and ordered the new dongle. 99% of what I would want to do can be done with their apps anyway.

Yes, but don't you have to pay for each app?

Yup. Each app costs a specific amount of tokens... ranging from 10 tokens to 100 tokens...
Of course I can't remember how much tokens cost... I got 200 free when I bought it several christmases ago...
